Cameraman Spotted in last nights Luther, Episode 2 Season 3

Lets get this clear i am a massive fan of Luther ever since the first season. I love the way in  its filmed, but i was shocked last night when i spotted the Cameraman  in the hospital scene did you spot him too ?
